After sitting for this reading I felt lead to write a list of commitments for where I am now and what I do here as Aquarian Insight. I thought I would share it with you – maybe you too have a list of commitments waiting to be expressed. This is my covenant, a statement of intent, a guide to remind me when I feel lost, a declaration of now that will transform and be transformed.
1. I commit to speaking to people (myself included) from the highest potential, not the lowest wound.
Because I believe we are more than what hurt us, and I will not make pain the foundation of identity. To speak to someone’s highest is to remind them of who they already are underneath the conditioning.
2. I will not talk down to, for, or at people.
Because I believe in sovereignty. Every person has a direct line to their own knowing, and I refuse to take the mic from their soul to play expert. I will express clearly from my own sovereignty, knowing this is how sovereignty recognises itself in others.
3. I refuse to simplify complexity for comfort.
Because truth is rarely neat, and to distort it for ease is to betray it. I value layered meaning for depth and a sense of wholeness, rather than flattening truth for convenience and perceived coherence.
4. I will create from transformation, not just trauma.
Because trauma is but one stained-glass window in the cathedral of my perception. The transformation comes from perceiving through all the windows and seeing what is born through the light of that perception.
5. I commit to radical clarity.
Because clarity is honesty of self-perception and therefore ultimate freedom of expression. I don’t weaponise truth in an attempt to dominate or manipulate positive reactions, but twisting and watering down expression is akin to lying and self-denial.
6. I speak to be heard by those who already know.
I don’t speak to convince or cajole, to attack or force. I am as one blind man describing the elephant of reality. It is my responsibility to the collective to share what I perceive. Those who know, the other blind men, realise the sense-making and collective perceiving we actively engage in together.
7. I will not perform neutrality in the face of dehumanisation.
Because turning away or pretending not to see harm is complicity. But I won’t mirror violence with violence. I act from discernment, not reaction. I am responsible for embodying my beliefs about humanity even in the face of depravity.
8. I will create beyond algorithm, applause, or aesthetic.
Because art and truth were never meant to be data points. The value of that which is born through me cannot be measured in metrics.
9. I will not collapse my values for visibility.
Because my values are the work. If I sacrifice them to be seen, I’ve already disappeared.
10. I speak, act, and create as if the world can rise to meet my vision of the future.
Because I believe in humanity, even when it disappoints me. I don’t condescend. I speak from the future I want to live in. The compassion, acceptance and understanding I have for my own struggles, I also hold for others in the collective.
11. I build signals, not platforms.
Because I’m not trying to stand above or beyond. I call others across. I trust that my signal reaches those who are tuned-in to truth, even when the details of those truths differ in forms.
12. I honour the threshold I’ve walked through by refusing to go back.
Because I didn’t come this far to explain myself to the past, which is but the churned waters in my wake. It shows where I’ve been, but says nothing about where I’m going, who I am now, or who I will become.
I’m currently accepting bookings for personal consultations. Please check my appointments calendar for availability.
