AquarianInsight.com is provided to you free of charge for the personal use of individuals over the age of 18 years of age subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also govern your use of any extended or paid services offered by Aquarian Insight via this website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time therefore you should read this page whenever you visit AquarianInsight.com as by using the web site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment
All payments are for the time taken for the booking (video reading or Skype call) and not for the end result (mp4 video file, mp3 sound file or information contained in them). As a small business, we do have a no-refund policy due to the cost of processing refunds, however, changes (re-scheduling or change of appointment type) can be made up to 24hrs before the booking is completed. All purchases are final and non-refundable. A video reading booking is considered complete once you have been sent a link to your reading. A Skype call reading or ‘Just Talk’ is considered complete once the call begins or in the case of a no-show (where we are unable to contact you via your Skype details or you are more than 10mins late) the appointment is considered forfeited and no refund shall be made. All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payments are processed by PayPal. Your order will be processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will appear on your statement or account in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time as determined by PayPal (Please see paypal.com for more details).
Delivery
All readings are prepared to order in mp3 and mp4 format; most home computers will read these files. These are sent out within 24-48hrs of the booking time via email. You are advised to add aquarianinsight.com as a safe domain to your email clients whitelist or contact list to prevent emails being sent to your junk mail folder or being stopped by your spam filter.
The mp3 or mp4 file is uploaded to Google drive where it will be available for 7 days. You will be sent a link to this file. For best results, please view/download files on a computer as the files are very big. If you wish to keep a copy of the reading after listening to/viewing it, please be sure to download it to your computer. You cannot just save a copy to your own Google Drive, as all video readings are deleted off the Aquarian Insight drive in 7 days, which will delete any copies on other Google drives. If you want to keep a copy on your own Google drive, you are advised to download a copy to your computer and then upload that to your own storage drive.
Please note, once the link for the file has been sent to you, the sale is complete and final. It is your responsibility to ensure it is viewed and/or downloaded within the allotted time. Aquarian Insight will not accept responsibility in any way for failure to do so.
Video Readings: These are in mp4 format.
Skype Calls: All reasonable attempts are made to record the call (sound only for Just Talk) but this is not guaranteed and is a free bonus offered to clients and not what is paid for. Clients are welcome to record the call for their own personal use where they have purchased a Skype Call Reading or ‘Just Talk’ session.
Gift Certificates and Packages
These are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and must be used within that time. Failure to do so will result in any remaining items on the Gift Certificate or Package being forfeited – no refunds, partial or full, will be made.
