You’ve probably noticed that I haven’t been posting regularly in the last few weeks, and that is because behind the scenes there has been a lot of reviewing and prioritising going on. I’ve been taking on more and more work recently, and not just with Tarot readings, but with my writing too. The problem with spreading yourself so thin is that the standard of work across the board begins to suffer and I really did not want that, so I have been reviewing and prioritising everything. The first question I asked myself is what do I enjoy doing, and I soon realised that what I enjoyed the most was the work that I thought was the most rewarding; the work that helps people.
So, with that in mind, I have stopped working on the Voice of the Angels psychic telephone line. I’m sure there are many people that get the help they need from the service, but I found myself feeling like I was going against my own personal beliefs and philosophy. Two of the main things I don’t do are to use my readings to spy on other people and to remove people’s choices, and I found that the nature of working on a telephone line means that is what you end up doing. I prefer e-mail readings or face-to-face readings where you can take longer and help people to become the masters of their own destinies. Different people need different types of readers and there are those who want a reading to make choices for them, and I’m afraid, I cannot do that.
I have realised that in all the years I have been reading the Tarot, my own philosophies and beliefs have evolved. I am so sure, now more than ever, of the power of individuals and the fluid nature of the future. The only thing that matters is free will and choices and a Tarot reading is only there to help you explore your choices and to help you to decide what you want.
